At home pick-up

To better serve our customers during this time, Audiophonie is now offering home pick-up and curbside drop-off services so all of your repairs can be done as safely as possible, and with minimal contact. See if your area is in our pick-up zone by calling us or emailing us.

Our repair process

Our rate is $75 per hour.

An estimate costs $75 and is non-refundable.

This amount is deducted from the final cost of the repair.

Your estimate is provided over the phone. If the estimate is less than $160, the repair will be done without a phone call (unless otherwise indicated).

We will call you once the work is complete.

The warranty on a repair is 90 days, and includes parts and labour.
