At home pick-up

To better serve our customers during this time, Audiophonie is now offering home pick-up and curbside drop-off services so all of your repairs can be done as safely as possible, and with minimal contact. See if your area is in our pick-up zone by calling us or emailing us.

Our repair process

Our rate is $89 per hour.

An estimate costs $89 and is non-refundable.

This amount is deducted from the final cost of the repair.

Your estimate is provided over the phone. If the estimate is less than $250, the repair will be done without a phone call (unless otherwise indicated).

We will call you once the work is complete.

We have an in-house repair workshop, with technicians who have nearly 45 years of experience in the field.

We specialize in repairs and adjustments of record players, amplifiers, and mono and stereo tube devices. Contact us, or come visit us in-store to learn more.

The warranty on a repair is 90 days, and includes parts and labour.
